When remote telephone support is not enough, or if your organization requires an on site presence, MCG can provide on call technicians who can diagnose problems, implement solutions, and handle day to day issues.
While under a Managed Resources contract, site support is included in your service. Site support is also available on an as needed basis, or under a separate contract where MCG would provide personnel to you to augment your technology staff. In any arrangement, you will benefit from qualified technicians who have experience with all facets of the Microsoft Windows operating systems for servers and workstations. In addition, we are able to support Unix, Linux, AS/400, and Apple systems.
